Account FAQ

Is there any limit to the number of Files or Documents?

No. There is no limit to the number of transaction files or documents in your account.

How is the Data Entry Fee billed?

We charge the credit card on file for the number of Files opened during a calendar month. We bill on the first of the month for the prior month Data Entry Fee. If no files are opened during that month, there would be no File Service Charge, but the Monthly Software Fee would be charged.
